Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality maintained with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies, ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Minimum 6 months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Provide and coach preparation of beverages/food per standard recipes and customer tweaks.
• Minimum 6 months experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
