Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Ability to handle cash, uphold store safety and quality standards.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to run a welcoming Starbucks store.
• Direct and coach a team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
