Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Follow store policies and standards for quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety, with/without accommodation.
• At least 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard or customized recipes.
• At least 6 months experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks environment for the community.
• Direct daily operations and ensure high-quality beverages and food per recipes.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more team members during shifts.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
