Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience coordinating tasks for two or more employees; delegation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requests from customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policies.
• Coach and delegate tasks to crew as needed to meet demand.
