Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Strong oral communication skills and knowledge of the retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Provide quality beverages and food products and ensure store safety and security
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to run smooth shifts
• Support store policies and standards and contribute to a positive guest experience
