Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a store setting. You will guide team members, ensure the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, and maintain exceptional customer service during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customer specifications.
