Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners operates wholesale fuels, c-store outlets and real estate across the U.S. The Store Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service while driving store profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, inventory control, and health & safety compliance. Requires 2+ years in retail management, a valid driver's license, and a hands-on approach at a busy convenience store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or convenience store management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid and current State Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; delegate tasks and supervise staff.
• Manage inventory: stock ordering, receiving, shelving, and cycle counts.
• Promote store products, help reach sales goals, and reconcile cash registers.
• Ensure health, safety, and store policy compliance; conduct inspections.
• Prepare daily sales/inventory reports and maintain records.
