Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the local community. You will guide daily activities, coach staff on beverage and food preparation, and uphold store standards while delivering warm, friendly service.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food products adhering to recipes and store policies.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with ability to delegate tasks to others.
• Able to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Experience directing and coordinating two or more employees.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety.
