Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lead a team and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure quality beverages and food per standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth shifts.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, safety and security protocols.
• Create a welcoming, community-focused environment for customers and partners.
