Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure quality beverages and food and a welcoming space for customers
• Direct and coach team members, delegate tasks, and coordinate activities across the shift
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security, and attendance expectations
