Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working around hot water, coffee, dairy and glass bottles.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drink orders with customers and input into POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Know stand processes and procedures.
• Lead shift operations, ensuring drink quality, speed, and energy.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations.
• Assist the stand management with training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain a high level of urgency and customer focus.
• Build positive connections with customers through friendly interactions.
• Know menu and customizations to help customers order accurately.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain hygiene.
• Follow shift change duties and weekly chores.
• Always clock in and be ready at start of shift.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
