Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced cafe environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS accurately.
• Know recipes and secret menu items to assist customers.
• Oversee shift operations and energy, ensuring quality and service standards.
• Communicate with stand management about staffing, equipment, and inventory needs.
• Train and develop team members during the shift.
• Take payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and uphold sanitation standards.
