Läderach in Orlando, FL is seeking a Full-Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) to champion the in-store experience for our Swiss chocolate brand. You will lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

Responsibilities include training store associates, ensuring smooth floor movement, accurate merchandising, and adherence to food safety protocols while working toward sales goals and loss-prevention objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Reliable with scheduling flexibility based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate and brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and uphold brand standards.
• Train store associates to meet production goals and brand expectations.
• Lead in-store tasks during each shift and ensure sales floor flow.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising on the floor.
