Job summary
Sud Stop Car Wash in Meridianville, AL is hiring a Shift Lead to guide a customer service team and maintain a safe, efficient site. You will lead by example, drive service quality, and meet sales goals while working outdoors in all weather. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and prior car wash experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service preferred.
- Customer service and/or sales experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
- Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around).
