Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead at LivWell in Lakewood, CO. This full-time role offers $18.83 per hour plus tips and requires adherence to policies while delivering exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

You will assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager, handle cash procedures, supervise daily tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting with colleagues.
• Collaborate with the finance department to enhance cash flow and financial efficiency.
• Participate in routine cash register audits to verify accurate cash handling.
• Assist in refining and simplifying cash handling procedures for the team.
• Help colleagues with advanced cash register functionalities for smoother transactions.
• Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support the organization of products for easy restocking and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales strategies to manage inventory.
• Participate in monitoring supply chain performance and identifying process improvement opportunities.
