Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality (preferred).
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Must be available to work 28 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty.
