Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee is seeking energetic team members in California who thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will deliver fast, friendly service, know our coffee, tea, and food offerings, and assist in kitchen duties as needed. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and a positive Buzz Life energy.

Base pay is $20.00 per hour, with tips averaging around $4.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a supportive training ambassador are provided to help you

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions - cross-trained and adaptable - including kitchen duties.
• Keep spaces clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates.
• Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipes.
• Stock all necessary ingredients for each station.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
