Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions — cross-trained and adaptable, including helping in kitchens.
• Keep our spaces clean, safe and guest-ready.
• Stock ingredients and follow health, safety guidelines.
