Job summary

Raindrop Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, supervise teammates, and uphold SOPs during assigned shifts. You will help ensure tunnel uptime, coach staff in real time, and assist with basic equipment or chemical delivery issues to maintain a fast, friendly wash experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in high-volume environments, and reliable attendance. Weekend and evening coverage may be needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• Ensure prep, lot, and kiosk functions are active, organized, and on pace.
• Identify, document, and fix basic equipment issues.

The Shift Lead at Raindrop Car Wash serves as an extension of site management by supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining tunnel uptime during assigned shifts. While not responsible for full-site leadership, the Shift Lead is expected to uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coach teammates in real time, support and assist in basic troubleshooting of equipment or chemical delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales when operating in kiosk lane, especially during peak period.

Working Conditions

This position involves outdoor work in variable weather conditions and requires frequent movement between areas of the site. Exposure to water, chemicals, and motorized equipment is common. Shift Leads are expected to work weekends, evenings, and cover gaps in the schedule when needed.
