Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts in Canton, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the managers, ensuring quality prep, customer service, and adherence to Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, and Carvel standards.

You will supervise Team Members, prepare products, manage cash handling, and uphold health and safety guidelines to deliver an outstanding guest experience during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience.
• Current food handler certification, or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days as required by local law.
• Basic math and basic reading skills, including simple addition, multiplication, and subtraction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Team Member responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons and yogurt). Roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels /Cinnabons/yogurt.
• Prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of Team Members; coordinate their meal breaks and breaks per state and federal law.
• Maintain stocking of all supplies per inventory guidelines and ensure guest service with a positive guest experience.
