Job summary

Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and keep the bakery running smoothly during your shift. You’ll supervise staff, ensure top-notch product quality and guest service, and help with opening/closing tasks and cash handling.

Ideal candidates bring some supervisory experience, strong teamwork, and a passion for great food. This on-site role supports both Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon offerings and offers opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Support operations for Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products and standards.
• Know when to escalate issues to store leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
