Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist who will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations, and may assume shift leadership in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role leads team members to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, oversees customer service programs, processes purchases, returns, transfers, and invoicing, and

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and support program execution.
• Answer the phone according to policy.
• Process BOPIS, transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds correctly.
• Invoicing including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedule.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
