Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Pennsylvania to lead shifts, run operations on busy nights, and set the tone by example. You’ll work side-by-side with the team and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with fast, accurate service.

We’re looking for 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience with leadership, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Compensation starts at $16.00/hour plus tips and a bonus, with opportunities for growth into higher store

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experience
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
