Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader to lead shifts, work alongside team members, and drive service quality. You’ll coach crew, train new hires, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems. Growth opportunities toward management roles are emphasized within a team‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
