Job summary

Five Guys in Owasso, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, support the team, and set the tone for each shift. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with crew, and ensure guests leave impressed.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality with leadership preference and strong communication. You’ll handle multiple stations, maintain safety and brand standards, and help train new teammates in a fast-paced environment, with pay starting at $16.00/hour plus tips and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
