Job summary

Five Guys in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead by example, work beside your team, and train new crew while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or retail, strong communication, and comfortable with POS systems. Starting pay is $17/hour plus tips and bonus, with pathways for growth. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
