Job summary

Five Guys in Bridgeton, MO is looking for a Shift Leader to guide daily operations on busy shifts. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with the crew, and ensure guests leave impressed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
• Jump into every position - cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room - no task is too small
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
