Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise and lead during each shift, working side-by-side with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will step in for on-site management, oversee operations, and drive a culture of excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting. POS experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn't on site.
• Perform duties across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room.
