Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Oxford, Alabama to lead daily operations, work hands-on with the team, and ensure a premier guest experience. You will supervise shifts, train new hires, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn't on site.
