Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline required; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher and OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure adherence to Standardized Work Instructions (SWIs) and development of schedules.
• Drive Lean, 6S and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Coach and develop team capability; escalate issues and enable cross-functional problem solving.
• Ensure safety standards, training on SOPs, and collaboration with HR on personnel issues.
• Support PFMEA and control plan activities; monitor KPI performance and root-cause analysis.
