Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; relevant experience accepted.
• Technical discipline required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma and safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to standardized work and SWIs.
• Plan schedules and assign tasks for team members.
• Drive continuous improvement via SQDCP and 6S.
