Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Fort Walton Beach, FL to lead by example, manage shifts, and ensure guests leave impressed. You’ll work hands-on across roles to keep service fast and accurate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant, retail or hospitality experience, leadership preferred.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems
