Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Hurricane, WV who will be hands-on, lead by example, and set the tone for each shift. You’ll step in to run operations, work alongside the crew, and ensure every guest leaves impressed with fast, friendly service.

You’ll manage breaks, cash handling, closing reports, and training new team members while fostering a positive, high-energy culture. Growth opportunities are available as you demonstrate leadership daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant/retail/hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team‑first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

The pay for this position starts at $19.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.
