Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Shift Leader who will supervise daily shifts, lead by example, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

You’ll juggle roles from cashier to grill to dining room, coach crew, train new team members, and uphold cleanliness and safety. This hands-on leadership role offers growth as many leaders advance to manager positions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Someone who leads by doing - not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
