Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Erie to lead the shift, manage front-line operations, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You will work side-by-side with your team, setting a hands-on example and maintaining fast, accurate service during peak hours.

You’ll collaborate across roles, coach crew members, help train new staff, and uphold food safety and brand standards while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Someone who leads by doing - not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
