Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader to run on‑site operations, lead by example, and work side‑by‑side with the team. You’ll cover cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles while delivering fast, accurate service and an excellent guest experience.

You will coach crew members, train new hires, and foster a positive culture in a fast‑paced kitchen. Strong communication, basic math, and POS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team‑first mindset with strong communication skills
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems
