Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader to act as a hands-on, operating leader on busy shifts. You’ll step in for management, supervise a team, and ensure excellent guest service from opening through closing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position - cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do
