Job summary

Five Guys in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily operations on busy shifts. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with crew, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with fast, accurate service.

Responsibilities include guiding team members across cashier, grill, prep, and dining room, coaching peers, maintaining safety and brand standards, and helping train new hires while fostering a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience with leadership preferred.
