Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader for our South Charleston, WV location. You’ll lead the shift, run operations when management isn’t on site, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

You’ll jump into every position—from cashier to grill to dining room—coaching teammates and maintaining brand standards while delivering fast, accurate service. Growth opportunities exist with hands-on leadership each shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities
