Five Guys Operations LLC in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily operations, supervise the crew, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll jump into every station—from cashier to grill—leading by example and delivering fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
