Five Guys Jacksonville is seeking a Shift Leader to drive operations on busy shifts and lead a hands-on crew. You’ll supervise, step into every role as needed, and ensure guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The role emphasizes doing, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced kitchen and dining room environment. Previous supervisory experience in food service is valued; ServSafe or food safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and team-first mindset.
• Ability to lead by doing in fast-paced environments.
• Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems.
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsabilités
