Urbane Cafe Operations LLC is hiring a shift leader in California. This role focuses on welcoming guests, leading by example, and maintaining smooth operations with a fair, respectful approach. You’ll motivate the team, manage breaks, delegate tasks, and uphold Urbane Cafe's values on every shift.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work standing for long periods. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with competitive pay and tips.

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
