Urbane Cafe Operations LLC in California is seeking Amazing Shift Leaders to set the tone, lead by example, and ensure every guest feels valued. You’ll drive smooth operations, delegate tasks, and uphold Urbane Cafe’s welcoming culture on every shift.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with competitive hourly pay plus tips and benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
