Job summary

Urbane Cafe is seeking an amazing Shift Leader to set the tone, lead by example, and make every guest feel like they belong. You will ensure responsive service, motivate the team, and keep operations running on time while upholding Urbane Cafe's values.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Our Story

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership
• Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
