Taco Bell franchise is hiring a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership to solve problems, assist teammates and ensure safe, friendly service.

You’ll help Team Members complete duties and maintain food safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Lead, you’ll address customer concerns promptly, provide constructive feedback, and communicate openly with the management team while

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
