Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure team members complete duties while serving safe, quality food with a friendly demeanor. Address customer concerns promptly and with a smile, provide constructive feedback to Team Members, and communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team.

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
