KRG Holdings LLC in Callaway, FL is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and ensure smooth openings and closings.

You will lead a small crew, demonstrate menu knowledge, train teammates, and maintain reliable scheduling while delivering friendly guest service.

This role requires at least 1 year in a restaurant setting, ability to work 2 morning and 2 night shifts, and being 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.

Position Summary

The Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.
