Job summary

KRG Holdings LLC is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Oakland, FL to oversee daily operations in the absence of senior management. You will lead a small crew, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed accurately, and maintain smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, can handle 2 morning openings and 2 night closings, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Experience as a shift lead is preferred.
• Must be able to lead a small team during shifts.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $17.00 Hourly

Position Summary

The Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.
