Job summary

KRG Holdings LLC is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader in Fort Walton Beach, FL to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and ensure smooth service. You will lead a small team (2–5 crew members), handle opening/closing tasks, and maintain reliable scheduling while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience, ability to work rotating shifts, and good communication and organizational skills; must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Position Summary
