Job summary

Qualifications

• Cashiering experience with accuracy in handling cash and POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a hospitality mindset.
• Training and/or leadership experience is preferred; ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the register and with online orders.
• Supervise cashiers and customer service staff to ensure teamwork and quality service.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inviting work environment in the Front End area.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and safe cash handling.
• Support Front End managers in communicating store policies and changes.
